Rx30 and Computer-Rx Announce Strategic Combination

Combination Will Provide Greater Innovation, Functionality and Support to Customers

OCOEE, FL, and MOORE, OK – October 6, 2016 -- Rx30 (or the "Company") announced today that it has combined with Computer-Rx. Rx30, headquartered in Ocoee, Florida, is a leading developer and supplier of pharmacy management software solutions to the independent retail, hospital, long-term care and specialty pharmacy markets. Computer-Rx, headquartered in Moore, Oklahoma, is an innovative pharmacy software platform also focused on community pharmacies. Steve Wubker, CEO of Rx30, will lead the combined businesses. Roger Warkentine, Founder of Computer-Rx, will continue as an advisor to the combined business, and Lauren Warkentine, current COO of Computer-Rx, will become President of Computer-Rx. The rest of the Computer-Rx and Rx30 leadership teams will remain in place. Each platform will continue to run independently, investing in improving its offerings and leveraging the combined experience and innovations of both companies.

The combined Company’s headquarters will be in Ocoee, FL, and the Moore, OK, location will remain Computer-Rx’s central office.
